AUTHORIZING SCHOOL DISTRICTS OF THE FIRST CLASS TO FURNISH FREE MILK TO
                  PUPILS IN KINDERGARTEN AND FIRST GRADE
                 Act of Aug. 16, 1951, P.L. 1238, No. 284             Cl. 24
                                  AN ACT

     To authorize school districts of the first class to furnish free
        milk to pupils in the kindergarten and first grade.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  The Board of Public Education in every district
     of the first class is authorized to furnish milk free to all
     pupils attending kindergarten and first grade.
        Section 2.  The provisions of this act shall become effective
     immediately upon final enactment.
