AN ACT
Establishing certain fees to be charged by the Clerk of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The following fees shall be received by the Clerk of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia:
| Appointment of special investigator | $12.50 |

| Bail-Piece | 12.50 |
| Bail bond entering of all types, including Sign Own Bail (S.O.B.) and Release on Recognizance (R.O.R.) | 10.00 |
| Bail forfeitures | 12.50 |
| Bench warrants | 10.00 |
| Bench warrants withdrawal | 10.00 |
| Bill of particulars and discovery | 12.50 |
| Certified copy of record bill of information | 12.50 |
| Certified copy of disposition of criminal case | 12.50 |
| Certified copy of docket entries | 12.50 |
| Common pleas court motion for new trial and/or in arrest of judgment | 10.00 |
| Cost per one bill of information in each criminal case | 100.00 |
| Detective license (filing application for) | 12.50 |
| Exemplification of the record | 15.00 |
| Expungements | 15.00 |
| Felony | 75.00 |
| Filing and entering appeals to Commonwealth, Superior or Supreme Court | 40.00 |
| Filing, docketing and certifying any petitions, applications, motions not herein specifically provided for | 12.50 |
| Funeral petitions | 12.50 |
| Habeas corpus | 10.00 |
| Misdemeanor | 50.00 |
| Motion to quash municipal court transcript | 12.50 |
| Motion to quash bills of information | 12.50 |
| Motion to suppress | 12.50 |
| Omnibus pretrial motion for relief | 15.00 (flat) |
| Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Appeal | 12.50 |
| Producing a record in response to subpoena | 25.00 |
| Probation and parole matters | 12.50 |
| Petition for bail or bail reduction | 12.50 |

| Recognizance, forfeited, respited and indexing any common pleas court | 12.50 |

| Any proceeding under Rule #1100 or #6013 | 12.50 |

Section 2. The fee for any service not specifically provided for herein shall be the same as for a similar service, at the discretion of the clerk.
Section 3. The clerk shall not be required to perform any service until the requisite fee is paid. requisite fee is paid.
Section 4. The following acts or parts of acts are repealed insofar as they relate to fees collected by the Clerk of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia:
Section 1725 of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes.
Section 24(a) of the act of July 9, 1976 (P.L.586, No.142), known as the Judiciary Act of 1976.
Section 5. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
