ELLIS R. WEICHT BRIDGE - DESIGNATION
                  Act of Jul. 10, 1990, P.L. 373, No. 86              Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating a certain bridge in Everett Borough, Bedford County,
        Pennsylvania, as the Ellis R. Weicht Bridge.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  The bridge carrying State Route 1029 in Everett
     Borough, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, referred to as the
     Westend Bridge, is hereby officially designated as the Ellis R.
     Weicht Bridge.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
