Pennsylvania Act 1996-38 — THOMAS J. FEE BRIDGE - DESIGNATION

AN ACT

Designating a bridge in Union Township, Lawrence County, as the Thomas J. Fee Bridge.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The bridge on the Beaver Valley Expressway from State Route 60 over the Mahoning River in Union Township, Lawrence County, is hereby designated and shall be known as the Thomas J. Fee Bridge.

Section 2. The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission shall erect appropriate signs to indicate the designation under section 1.

Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
