AN ACT

Amending the act of February 1, 1966 (1965 P.L.1656, No.581), entitled "An act concerning boroughs, and revising, amending and consolidating the law relating to boroughs," providing for appropriations to conservation districts.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The act of February 1, 1966 (1965 P.L.1656, No.581), known as The Borough Code, is amended by adding a section to read:

Section 1317. Conservation District.--The council may make appropriations to the conservation district, as defined in the act of May 15, 1945 (P.L.547, No.217) , known as the "Conservation District Law," in which the borough is located.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
