REPEAL - ACT TO INCORPORATE THE STATE POLICE OF CRAWFORD AND ERIE COUNTIES

AN ACT

Repealing the act of April 3, 1872 (1873 P.L.1061, No.1109), entitled "An act to incorporate the State police of Crawford and Erie counties."

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The act of April 3, 1872 (1873 P.L.1061, No.1109), entitled "An act to incorporate the State police of Crawford and Erie counties," is repealed.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 120 days.
