CPL. VICTOR KOZARES, D.S.C., BRIDGE - DESIGNATION
                  Act of Jul. 7, 2006, P.L. 603, No. 90               Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating the bridge on State Route 3027 which passes over
        U.S. Route 40 in Fayette County as the Cpl. Victor Kozares,
        D.S.C., Bridge.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

     Section 1.  Designation of bridge in Fayette County.
        (a)  Designation.--The bridge on State Route 3027 which
     passes over U.S. Route 40 in Fayette County, Department of
     Transportation No. BMS 00161949, is hereby designated as the
     Cpl. Victor Kozares, D.S.C., Bridge.
        (b)  Signs.--The department shall erect and maintain
     appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge designated
     in subsection (a) to traffic in both directions on the bridge.
     The department shall also place an appropriate marker containing
     the name of the bridge on both sides of the bridge to be visible
     to traffic on U.S. Route 40.
     Section 2.  Effective date.
        This act shall take effect in 60 days.
