# REGOLAMENTO (CE) N. 300/2005 DELLA COMMISSIONE

del 22 febbraio 2005

che modifica il regolamento (CE) n. 798/2004 del Consiglio che proroga le misure restrittive nei confronti della Birmania/Myanmar

## Preamble

LA COMMISSIONE DELLE COMUNITÀ EUROPEE,

visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità europea,

visto il regolamento (CE) n. 798/2004 del Consiglio, del 26 aprile 2004, che proroga le misure restrittive nei confronti della Birmania/Myanmar [^1] , in particolare l’articolo 12, lettera b),

considerando quanto segue:

**(1)** L’allegato IV del regolamento (CE) n. 798/2004 elenca le imprese statali birmane soggette alle misure restrittive di cui all’articolo 8 *bis* del regolamento.

**(2)** L’articolo 12, lettera b), del regolamento (CE) n. 798/2004 autorizza la Commissione a modificare l’allegato IV sulla base delle decisioni adottate in relazione all’allegato II della posizione comune 2004/423/PESC del Consiglio [^2] , che rinnova le misure restrittive nei confronti della Birmania/Myanmar.

**(3)** La posizione comune 2005/149/PESC del Consiglio [^3] modifica l’allegato II della posizione comune 2004/423/PESC. Occorre pertanto modificare di conseguenza l’allegato IV del regolamento (CE) n. 798/2004,

HA ADOTTATO IL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO:

## **Articolo 1**

L’allegato IV del regolamento (CE) n. 798/2004 è modificato come risulta dall'allegato del presente regolamento.

## **Articolo 2**

Il presente regolamento entra in vigore il giorno successivo alla sua pubblicazione nella *Gazzetta ufficiale dell’Unione europea* .

## Final provisions
