The appellants withdrew their appeal to the Federal Supreme Court after concluding a settlement with the respondent on 27 April 2010. The Court therefore removed the proceedings from the docket. In accordance with the settlement, the respondent was ordered to pay the federal court costs of CHF 500, while party costs were offset. The decision was communicated to the parties, the cantonal government, the cantonal administrative court, and the relevant federal offices.
Appeal withdrawn after settlement; the proceedings are struck off the roll. Where the parties have agreed on the allocation of costs, the Federal Supreme Court follows that agreement and imposes the court costs accordingly; party costs may be offset pursuant to the settlement. In a withdrawal order, no merits review takes place; the only dispositive questions concern discontinuance and costs (consid. 1).

In Erwägung,
dass A.________ und Mitbeteiligte ihre am 11. Januar 2010 gegen das am 19. Oktober 2009 ergangene Urteil der Verwaltungsabteilung des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Nidwalden erhobene Beschwerde gestützt auf die mit der Beschwerdegegnerin am 27. April 2010 getroffene Vereinbarung mit Schreiben vom 29. April 2010 zurückgezogen haben;
dass gemäss Ziff. 8 der Vereinbarung die Beschwerdegegnerin die Kosten des bundesgerichtlichen Verfahrens übernommen hat und die Parteikosten wettgeschlagen worden sind;
wird festgestellt und verfügt:

Die Beschwerde im Verfahren 1C_12/2010 wird als durch Rückzug erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdegegnerin auferlegt.
3.
Die Parteikosten werden wettgeschlagen.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Regierungsrat und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Nidwalden, Verwaltungsabteilung, sowie dem Bundesamt für Umwelt und dem Bundesamt für Raumentwicklung schriftlich mitgeteilt.
