The appellant withdrew its public law appeal against the cantonal judgment upholding the refusal of a building permit for renovation and change of use. The Federal Supreme Court, acting through the instructing judge, struck the case from the docket. It held that the withdrawing party is generally treated as the losing party for costs, found no reason to depart from that rule, and imposed reduced court costs of CHF 1,000 on the appellant. No party compensation was awarded.

les observations de la Municipalité de Y.________ et du Service du développement territorial vaudois;
la réplique de la recourante;
la lettre du 26 juin 2013 par laquelle le mandataire de la recourante déclare retirer le recours interjeté au motif que celle-ci a décidé de revoir le projet de construction ayant fait l'objet de l'arrêt cantonal précité.
que le juge instructeur statue comme juge unique sur la radiation du rôle des procédures achevées par un retrait (art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que celui qui retire un recours doit, en principe, être considéré comme une partie succombante, astreinte au paiement des frais de justice encourus jusque-là en application de la règle générale de l'art. 66 al. 1 LTF;
qu'il n'existe aucun motif de déroger à cette règle en l'occurrence;
qu'au vu des actes d'instruction effectués jusqu'ici, des frais judiciaires réduits seront mis à la charge de la recourante (art. 66 al. 2 LTF);
qu'il n'est pas alloué de dépens (art. 68 al. 3 LTF).
La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
