CFF filed an administrative-law appeal against a decision of the appeal commission concerning approval of plans for a third CFF track between Coppet and Geneva. Before the Federal Supreme Court could deal with the merits, CFF withdrew the appeal. The president took note of the withdrawal, removed the case from the docket, and ordered that no judicial fee or costs be imposed, noting that the appeal had not been communicated to interested parties.
Withdrawal of an administrative-law appeal; removal from the docket and allocation of costs. When an appeal is withdrawn, the court takes note of the withdrawal and strikes the case from the roll. If the appeal has not yet been communicated to the opposing parties or other interested authorities, no judicial fee is levied and no costs are awarded (consid. 1).

la déclaration de retrait du recours de droit administratif du 11 juin 2004;

Qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte du retrait du recours de droit administratif et de rayer la cause du rôle;
Que la présente décision doit être rendue sans frais ni dépens, le recours n'ayant du reste pas été communiqué aux parties et autorités intéressées;
Ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours de droit administratif.

Il n'est pas perçu d'émolument judiciaire ni alloué de dépens.
