The Federal Supreme Court treated the applicant’s filing as a request for revision of its judgment of 23 October 2008. It held that a final federal judgment can be reopened only on statutory revision grounds and that the applicant failed to identify any such ground. The court therefore declined to enter into the request without a written exchange. Court costs of CHF 500 were imposed on the applicant. In Erwägung,
dass das Bundesgericht mit Urteil vom 23. Oktober 2008 auf die Beschwerde von X.________ mangels einer genügenden Begründung im Sinne von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG nicht eingetreten ist (Verfahren 1C_487/2008);
dass X.________ mit Eingabe vom 20. November 2008 (Postaufgabe 9. Dezember 2008) einen "Rekurs und Einsprache" gegen das bundesgerichtliche Urteil vom 23. Oktober 2008 eingereicht hat;
dass das Bundesgericht nur im Rahmen eines Revisionsverfahrens auf ein bereits gefälltes Urteil zurückkommen kann;
dass die Eingabe des Gesuchstellers somit als Revisionsgesuch zu behandeln ist;
dass die Aufhebung oder Abänderung eines nach Art. 61 BGG in Rechtskraft erwachsenen Bundesgerichtsurteils nur bei Vorliegen eines Revisionsgrundes gemäss Art. 121 ff. BGG möglich ist;
dass der Gesuchsteller in seiner Eingabe nicht darlegt, an welchem Revisionsgrund der beanstandete bundesgerichtliche Nichteintretensentscheid leiden sollte;
dass somit auf das Revisionsgesuch ohne Schriftenwechsel nicht einzutreten ist (Art. 127 BGG);
dass die Gerichtskosten entsprechend dem Ausgang des Verfahrens dem Gesuchsteller aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass das Bundesgericht sich vorbehält, weitere Revisionsgesuche oder sonstige Eingaben des Gesuchstellers in der vorliegenden Angelegenheit ohne förmliche Behandlung abzulegen;
erkennt das Bundesgericht:

Auf das Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Gesuchsteller auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Gesuchsteller, der Gemeinde Oberrohrdorf-Staretschwil sowie dem Regierungsrat und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Aargau, 3. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
