The Federal Supreme Court treated the applicant’s submission first as a request for clarification and, alternatively, as a revision request against its judgment of 21 August 2003. It held that clarification was unavailable because the applicant did not identify any ambiguity or incompleteness in the dispositive. It also held that the revision filing was deficient because no revision ground and evidence were stated. The Court therefore did not enter on either request and charged the applicant with a court fee of CHF 500.
Art. 145 Abs. 1 OG; Art. 140 OG; clarification and revision of a Federal Supreme Court judgment. Clarification is admissible only in respect of the dispositive and only where that operative part is unclear, incomplete, contradictory, or affected by drafting or calculation errors; the reasoning is relevant only insofar as it is needed to interpret the dispositive. Revision is not a disguised appeal on the merits; the motion must designate a statutory revision ground and the supporting evidence. Failure to satisfy these formal requirements leads to non-entry. Costs follow the outcome under Art. 156 Abs. 1 OG.

Das Bundesgericht hat in Erwägung,
dass D.________ sich mit Eingabe vom 31. Oktober 2003 gegen den bundesgerichtlichen Nichteintretensentscheid vom 21. August 2003 gewandt hat,
dass ihm das Bundesgericht mit Schreiben vom 7. November 2003 u.a. mitgeteilt hat, dass seine Eingabe den gesetzlichen Anforderungen an ein Revisionsgesuch nicht zu genügen vermöge,
dass D.________ mit Eingabe vom 11. November 2003 darum ersucht hat, sein Schreiben vom 31. Oktober 2003 als Erläuterungs- oder Revisionsgesuch zu behandeln,
dass gemäss Art. 145 Abs. 1 OG das Bundesgericht auf schriftliches Gesuch einer Partei einen bundesgerichtlichen Entscheid erläutert, wenn dessen Rechtsspruch unklar, unvollständig oder zweideutig ist, seine Bestimmungen untereinander oder mit den Entscheidungsgründen in Widerspruch stehen oder wenn er Redaktions- oder Rechnungsfehler enthält,
dass Gegenstand eines Erläuterungsgesuchs grundsätzlich nur Entscheiddispositive sein können; die Erwägungen unterliegen der Erläuterung nur, wenn und insoweit der Sinn der Entscheidformel (Dispositiv) erst durch Beizug der Erwägungen ermittelt werden kann (BGE 110 V 222 E. 1),
dass der Gesuchsteller nicht darlegt, inwiefern das Dispositiv des bundesgerichtlichen Entscheids vom 21. August 2003 unklar, unvollständig oder zweideutig sein sollte; solches ist auch nicht ersichtlich,
dass daher auf das Erläuterungsgesuch nicht eingetreten werden kann,
dass die Eingaben des Gesuchstellers somit als Revisionsgesuch zu prüfen sind,
dass das Revisionsverfahren nicht einer Neuprüfung der vor Bundesgericht abgeschlossenen Rechtssache dient,
dass gemäss Art. 140 OG im Revisionsgesuch der Revisionsgrund mit Angabe der Beweismittel zu bezeichnen ist, was eine der formellen Voraussetzungen der Revision ist,
dass der Gesuchsteller in seinen Eingaben keinen Revisionsgrund angibt, weshalb bereits aus diesem Grund auf das Revisionsgesuch nicht eingetreten werden kann,
dass der unterliegende Gesuchsteller kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 156 Abs. 1 OG),
im Verfahren nach Art. 143 Abs. 1 OG und Art. 145 Abs. 3 OG erkannt:

Auf das Erläuterungs- und Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 500.-- wird dem Gesuchsteller auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Bezirksamt Brugg und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
