Das Bundesgericht hat in Erwägung,
dass das Bundesgericht mit Urteil vom 7. Oktober 2003 auf die staatsrechtliche Beschwerde von X.________ nicht eingetreten ist (Verfahren 1P.581/2003),
dass X.________ mit Eingaben vom 22. Dezember 2003 und 27. Februar 2004 eine Überprüfung des Urteils des Bundesgerichts vom 7. Oktober 2003 beantragt hat,
dass das Bundesgericht nur bei Vorliegen eines Revisionsgrundes (Art. 136 ff. OG) auf ein bereits gefälltes Urteil zurückkommen kann,

dass die Eingaben des Gesuchstellers somit als Revisionsgesuch zu behandeln sind,
dass das Revisionsverfahren nicht einer Neuprüfung der vor Bundesgericht abgeschlossenen Rechtssache dient,
dass gemäss Art. 140 OG der Revisionsgrund mit Angabe der Beweismittel im Revisionsgesuch zu bezeichnen ist, was eine der formellen Voraussetzungen der Revision ist,
dass der Gesuchsteller nicht darlegt - und solches auch nicht ersichtlich ist -, an welchem Revisionsgrund das beanstandete bundesgerichtliche Urteil leiden sollte,
dass somit mangels genügender Begründung auf das Revisionsgesuch nicht einzutreten ist,

dass daher offen bleiben kann, ob der Gesuchsteller die für ein Revisionsgesuch geltenden Fristen (Art. 141 OG) eingehalten hat,
dass ausnahmsweise auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,

im Verfahren nach Art. 143 Abs. 1 OG erkannt:

Auf das Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, der Staatsanwaltschaft III Bern-Mittelland sowie dem Stellvertretenden Generalprokurator und der Anklagekammer des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
