Considérant en fait et en droit:

Par arrêt du 3 décembre 2012, le Tribunal administratif fédéral a rejeté le recours de X.________ contre la décision de l'Office fédéral des migrations du 3 juillet 2012 rejetant la demande d'asile de l'intéressé et prononçant son renvoi de Suisse.

Par mémoire du 21 décembre 2012, X.________ demande au Tribunal fédéral d'accepter sa demande d'asile.

L'art. 83 let. d ch. 1 LTF déclare irrecevable le recours en matière de droit public contre les décisions en matière d'asile qui ont été rendues par le Tribunal administratif fédéral et l'art. 113 LTF n'ouvre la voie du recours constitutionnel subsidiaire que contre les décisions des autorités cantonales de dernière instance.

Le présent recours est ainsi manifestement irrecevable (art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF) et doit être traité selon la procédure simplifiée de l'art. 108 LTF, sans qu'il y ait lieu d'ordonner un échange d'écritures.

Il n'y a pas lieu de percevoir des frais judiciaires (art. 66 al. 1, 2eme phrase LTF).
