in die Beschwerde von X.________ vom 22. April (Postaufgabe 23. April) 2007 gegen den Nichteintretensentscheid des Einzelrichters des Verwaltungsgerichts von Appenzell Ausserrhoden betreffend Staatsgebühr im Zusammenhang mit der Aufnahme der Beschwerdeführerin und ihrer Kinder in das Landrecht von Appenzell Ausserrhoden,
in das Schreiben der Beschwerdeführerin vom 6. Mai 2007, worin sie erklärt, den Entscheid vom 3. April 2007 nicht anfechten zu wollen,
in Erwägung,
dass das Schreiben vom 6. Mai 2007 als Abstandserklärung zu betrachten ist und den Rechtsstreit beendet, sodass das Verfahren abgeschrieben werden kann und über die Gerichtskosten zu entscheiden und die Höhe einer allfälligen Parteientschädigung zu bestimmen ist (Art. 73 Abs. 1 und Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP in Verbindung mit Art. 71 BGG),
dass es sich rechtfertigt, auf die Erhebung einer Gerichtsgebühr zu verzichten (Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG),
dass kein Anspruch auf Parteientschädigung besteht (Art. 68 Abs. 1 bis 3 BGG),
verfügt:

Der Rechtsstreit wird infolge Abstandserklärung als erledigt erklärt.
2.
Es wird keine Gerichtsgebühr erhoben.

Diese Verfügung wird der Beschwerdeführerin, dem Regierungsrat des Kantons Appenzell A.Rh. und dem Verwaltungsgericht von Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Einzelrichter, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
