The appellant challenged an eviction-related decision of the Appellationsgericht Basel-Stadt, but failed to pay the ordered cost advance even after the grace period set by the Federal Supreme Court. The president therefore issued a non-entry decision under Art. 62(3) BGG and Art. 108(1)(a) BGG. The appellant was ordered to pay court costs of CHF 500 under Art. 66(1) BGG.

dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Appellationsgericht des Kantons Basel-Stadt, Ausschuss, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
