qu'il n'y a pas lieu d'allouer de dépens à l'intimé qui n'a pas été invité à répondre au recours;
La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.
Il n'est pas alloué de dépens à l'intimé.
