The appellant withdrew its complaint against the St. Gallen cantonal decision on lease termination challenge and eviction. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings from the roll without ruling on the merits. It ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 300 and notified the parties and the cantonal court in writing.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG; withdrawal of the complaint and allocation of costs: if the appellant withdraws the complaint, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the proceedings off the roll by order without a merits determination. The withdrawing party normally bears the court costs, unless exceptional circumstances justify a different allocation.

verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht St. Gallen, Einzelrichter für Rekurse im Obligationenrecht, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
