The tenant appellant withdrew her civil appeal against a Geneva lease termination judgment after her request for legal aid had been denied and an advance on costs had been ordered and extended. The First Civil Law Court took note of the withdrawal, struck the case from the docket, imposed reduced court costs of CHF 200 on the appellant, and denied party compensation to the respondents.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of an appeal and striking of the case from the docket; once the appellant withdraws the remedy, the Federal Supreme Court merely takes note of the withdrawal and removes the case from the register without examining the merits. Court costs are allocated according to the rules of Art. 65 and 66 LTF, and may be reduced where appropriate; no party compensation is awarded absent a basis therefor.

l'ordonnance du 20 octobre 2010 par laquelle la Ire Cour de droit civil a rejeté cette requête;
l'ordonnance du 1er novembre 2010 invitant la recourante à verser une avance de frais de 1'500 fr. jusqu'au 16 novembre 2010, délai prolongé, sur demande de la recourante, jusqu'au 30 novembre 2010;
la lettre du 30 novembre 2010 par laquelle le mandataire de la recourante déclare retirer le recours;
considérant:
qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que la recourante supporte les frais judiciaires réduits (art. 65 al. 1, 2 et 3 let. b et 66 al. 2 et 3 LTF);
par ces motifs, le Juge instructeur ordonne:

La cause 4A_455/2010 est rayée du rôle.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 200 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.

Il n'est pas alloué de dépens aux intimés.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre d'appel en matière de baux et loyers du canton de Genève.
