The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appellant’s challenge against the cantonal appellate judgment in a tenancy matter because she failed to pay the ordered cost advance even within the deadline extension. The matter was therefore disposed of in simplified proceedings. Court costs of CHF 500 were imposed on the appellant.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; non-payment of the required cost advance within the prescribed grace period leads to non-entry in simplified proceedings. Where the appellant fails to comply with the advance-payment order despite an extension of time, the court does not examine the merits. Pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG, the court costs are borne by the appellant.

dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Zivilgericht, 4. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

No. Because the appellant did not pay the required advance even within the extended deadline, the appeal could not be considered.
