The Federal Supreme Court took note of the appellant's withdrawal of her appeal against a Geneva Civil Chamber judgment in a mandate case. The proceeding was removed from the docket. The Court ordered reduced judicial costs of CHF 500 against the appellant and awarded the respondent CHF 200 in reduced party compensation.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of appeal and removal from the docket; upon withdrawal of an appeal, the Federal Supreme Court takes note of the withdrawal and strikes the case from the roll. The withdrawing appellant generally bears the judicial costs and owes the respondent party compensation, which may be reduced in light of the circumstances under Arts. 66 al. 2 and 3 and 68 al. 4 LTF; see also the applicable costs regulation (Art. 8 al. 3).

considérant:
qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte du retrait du recours et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que la recourante supporte les frais judiciaires réduits et verse à l'intimée une indemnité à titre de dépens réduits (art. 66 al. 2 et 3, art. 68 al. 4 LTF; art. 8 al. 3 du Règlement sur les dépens alloués à la partie adverse [RS 173.110.210.3]);
par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 500 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
3.
La recourante versera à l'intimée une indemnité de 200 fr. à titre de dépens.
4.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour de justice du canton de Genève, Chambre civile.

The appellant must pay reduced judicial costs and a reduced indemnity for the respondent's costs.
Because the appeal was withdrawn, the appellant bears the reduced costs and must pay reduced party compensation under Arts. 66 paras. 2 and 3 and 68 para. 4 LTF, as well as Art. 8 para. 3 of the costs regulation.
