The appellant withdrew her appeal against a cantonal labor judgment. The Federal Court took note of the withdrawal, struck the case from the docket, and decided that no judicial costs would be collected and no party compensation would be awarded.

When the appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Court takes note of the withdrawal and terminates the proceedings by striking the case from the docket. Under Art. 66 paras. 1 and 2 LTF, the court may dispense with judicial costs and deny party compensation in the circumstances of the case.

qu'il n'y a pas lieu de percevoir des frais judiciaires (art. 66 al. 1 et 2 LTF) ni d'allouer de dépens;
par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires ni alloué de dépens.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal cantonal du canton de de Fribourg, IIe Cour d'appel civil.
