The appellant withdrew her civil appeal against the Bern Appellate Court’s decision on provisional debt enforcement relief. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings off the docket and charged the appellant with a court fee of CHF 300. The order was issued by the presiding judge in written proceedings and notified to the parties and the cantonal court.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP; withdrawal of the appeal and costs: if the appellant withdraws the appeal, the presiding judge may strike the proceedings off the docket. The withdrawal terminates the appeal proceedings without a merits decision. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 300.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Appellationshof, 1. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
