Als Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG entgegengenommene Beschwerdeeingabe gegen den Entscheid vom 6. Februar 2014 des Appellationsgerichts des Kantons Basel-Stadt (Obere Aufsichtsbehörde über das Betreibungs- und Konkursamt).

Nach Einsicht
in die (als subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde bezeichnete, jedoch als Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG entgegengenommene) Eingabe gegen den Entscheid vom 6. Februar 2014 des Appellationsgerichts des Kantons Basel-Stadt, das (als obere SchK-Aufsichtsbehörde) eine Beschwerde der Beschwerdeführerin gegen einen abweisenden Beschwerdeentscheid der unteren Aufsichtsbehörde (betreffend Konkursandrohung) abgewiesen hat,

in Erwägung,
dass gegen den Entscheid des Appellationsgerichts als oberer SchK-Aufsichtsbehörde (unabhängig vom Streitwert: Art. 74 Abs. 2 lit. c BGG) die Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG, mit der auch die Verletzung verfassungsmässiger Rechte gerügt werden kann, offensteht, was das Rechtsmittel der subsidiären Verfassungsbeschwerde ausschliesst,
dass deshalb die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin als Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG entgegengenommen worden ist,
dass das Gesuch der Beschwerdeführerin um Vereinigung des vorliegenden Verfahrens mit einem anderen bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren in Anbetracht der Verschiedenheit der Verfahren abzuweisen ist,
dass sodann Beschwerden an das Bundesgericht gegen Entscheide der kantonalen Aufsichtsbehörden in Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkurssachen innert 10 Tagen nach der Eröffnung des kantonalen Entscheids einzureichen oder zu dessen Handen der Schweizerischen Post odereiner schweizerischen Vertretung im Ausland zu übergeben sind (Art. 100 Abs. 2 lit. a, 48 Abs. 1 BGG), worauf die Beschwerdeführerin in der kantonalen Rechtsmittelbelehrung hingewiesen worden ist,
dass der Entscheid des Appellationsgerichts vom 6. Februar 2014 der Beschwerdeführerin am 17. Februar 2014 eröffnet worden ist,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin die Beschwerde an das Bundesgericht erst am 17. März 2014 und damit nach Ablauf der Beschwerdefrist dem schweizerischen Generalkonsulat in Frankfurt/M. übergeben hat,
dass sich somit die Beschwerde als verspätet und daher als offensichtlich unzulässig erweist, weshalb darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass mit dem Beschwerdeentscheid das Gesuch der Beschwerdeführerin um aufschiebende Wirkung gegenstandslos wird,
dass die unterliegende Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG) und keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen erhält,
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und der Abteilungspräsident zuständig ist,

erkennt der Präsident:

Das Gesuch um Verfahrensvereinigung wird abgewiesen.

2.

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

3.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

4.

Der Beschwerdeführerin wird keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen.

5.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Betreibungsamt Z.________ und dem Appellationsgericht des Kantons Basel-Stadt (Obere Aufsichtsbehörde über das Betreibungs- und Konkursamt) schriftlich mitgeteilt.
