The appellant withdrew his complaint concerning the issuance of a loss certificate. The President of the Second Civil Law Division therefore struck the case from the docket as withdrawn and charged the appellant with a court fee of CHF 300. The order was notified to the appellant, the supervisory authority over the debt enforcement and bankruptcy office of Basel-Stadt, Y., and the Basel-Stadt debt enforcement office.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP; withdrawal of the complaint: where the appellant withdraws the federal complaint, the presiding judge may discontinue the proceedings by way of summary order. The discontinuance has no material adjudication on the merits. Juni 2007 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 300.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Aufsichtsbehörde über das Betreibungs- und Konkursamt Basel-Stadt, Y.________ und dem Betreibungsamt Basel-Stadt schriftlich mitgeteilt.
