In an appeal against a Geneva decision on protective measures of the marital union, the appellant filed a withdrawal of the appeal. The Federal Supreme Court took note of the withdrawal and struck the case from the docket. It ordered judicial costs of CHF 400 to be borne by the appellant. The order was issued by the president of the Second Civil Law Court.
Art. 73 PCF in conjunction with Art. 71 LTF and Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal: upon valid withdrawal, the Federal Supreme Court takes note thereof and strikes the case from the roll. Costs follow the withdrawal and are in principle borne by the withdrawing party pursuant to Art. 5 al. 2 PCF by analogy via Art. 71 LTF and Art. 66 paras. 1 and 2 LTF; the court may fix the judicial costs in the order taking note of the withdrawal.

qu'il convient de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 73 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que les frais doivent être mis à la charge du recourant (art. 5 al. 2 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 66 al. 1 et 2 LTF);
par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et la cause est rayée du rôle.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 400 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre civile de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève.
