The Federal Supreme Court took note of the appellant's withdrawal of its civil law appeal concerning inventory proceedings under debt enforcement law. The withdrawal followed a settlement reached between the parties before the Geneva conciliation commission. The Court ordered the case removed from the docket. It charged the appellant with a judicial fee of CHF 750 and ordered it to pay the respondent CHF 1,000 in costs for its response on the suspensive-effect request.
Art. 73 PCF in conjunction with Art. 71 LTF and Art. 32 para. 2 LTF; withdrawal of appeal after settlement: the court takes note of the withdrawal and strikes the case from the docket. After withdrawal, the appellant bears the judicial costs and, pursuant to Art. 66 paras. 1 and 2 LTF and Art. 68 para. 1 LTF, may be ordered to pay party costs to the respondent, including costs incurred in relation to submissions on interim relief or suspensive effect.

l'ordonnance présidentielle du 13 juillet 2007 accordant l'effet suspensif à titre superprovisoire;
la détermination de l'intimée du 13 août 2007 relative à la demande d'effet suspensif;
l'ordonnance présidentielle du 21 août 2007 accordant l'effet suspensif au recours;
la déclaration de retrait du recours du 18 octobre 2007, consécutive à un accord conclu entre parties devant la Commission de conciliation du canton de Genève;
Considérant:
qu'il convient de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 73 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que la recourante doit être chargée des frais judiciaires et condamnée à verser des dépens à l'intimée pour sa détermination sur la demande d'effet suspensif (art. 5 al. 2 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 66 al. 1 et 2, 68 al. 1 LTF);
Par ces motifs, le Président de la IIe Cour de droit civil:

Prend acte du retrait du recours et ordonne la radiation de la cause du rôle.
2.
Met un émolument judiciaire de 750 fr. à la charge de la recourante.
3.
Dit que la recourante versera à l'intimée une indemnité de 1'000 fr. à titre de dépens.
4.
Communique la présente ordonnance en copie aux parties, à l'Office des poursuites de Genève et à la Commission de surveillance des offices des poursuites et des faillites du canton de Genève.
