In a divorce appeal, the appellant withdrew her complaint after being ordered to pay a CHF 2,000 advance on costs. The Federal Supreme Court took note of the withdrawal, struck the case from the docket, and ordered the appellant to bear the judicial fee of CHF 300. Par ces motifs, le Président de la IIe Cour de droit civil:

Prend acte du retrait du recours et ordonne la radiation de la cause du rôle.

Met un émolument judiciaire de 300 fr. à la charge de la recourante.

Communique la présente ordonnance en copie aux parties et à la Chambre des recours du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
