The Swiss Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appellant’s recusal request, finding it abusive and aimed only at obstructing justice. It also did not enter into the federal appeal because the Bern High Court decision of 9 August 2012 had been served on 16 August 2012 and the appeal was posted only on 18 September 2012, after the 30-day deadline expired. Because the appeal was hopeless, the request for free legal aid was denied. Court costs of CHF 500 were imposed on the appellant.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde gemäss Art. 72 ff. BGG gegen den Entscheid vom 9. August 2012 des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern (ZK 12 440 und 442),
in Erwägung,
dass auf das - allein zum Zweck der Blockierung der Justiz gestellte und damit missbräuchliche - Ausstandsbegehren des Beschwerdeführers gegen die Abteilungspräsidentin nicht einzutreten ist (BGE 111 Ia 148 E. 2, 105 Ib 301 E. 1c und d), zumal deren Mitwirkung an früheren Urteilen ohnehin nicht geeignet ist, sie als befangen erscheinen zu lassen (BGE 114 Ia 278 E. 1, 105 Ib 301 E. 1c),
dass sodann die Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG innert 30 Tagen nach der Eröffnung des kantonalen Entscheids beim Bundesgericht einzureichen oder zu dessen Handen der Schweizerischen Post zu übergeben ist (Art. 100 Abs. 1, 48 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass der Entscheid des Obergerichts vom 9. August 2012 dem Beschwerdeführer am 16. August 2012 eröffnet worden ist,
dass der Beschwerdeführer die Beschwerde an das Bundesgericht erst am Dienstag, den 18. September 2012 und damit nach Ablauf der Beschwerdefrist (Montag, den 17. September 2012: Art. 45 Abs. 1 BGG) der Post übergeben hat,
dass sich somit die Beschwerde als verspätet und daher als offensichtlich unzulässig erweist, weshalb darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass dem Beschwerdeführer in Anbetracht der Aussichtslosigkeit der Beschwerde die unentgeltliche Rechtspflege nicht gewährt werden kann (Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass der unterliegende Beschwerdeführer kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass sich mit dem Beschwerdeentscheid die übrigen Verfahrensanträge des Beschwerdeführers als gegenstandslos erweisen,
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und die Abteilungspräsidentin zuständig ist,
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf das Ausstandsbegehren wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Auf die Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG wird nicht eingetreten.
3.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
4.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
5.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
