Art. 62 al. 3, 48 al. 4 et 108 al. 1 let. a LTF; failure to pay the advance on costs within the prescribed or extended time limit results in non-entry on the appeal. The decisive point is whether the amount was credited or whether a corresponding debit confirmation was timely produced; absent such proof, the remedy is inadmissible. Costs are charged to the party whose appeal is not entered into under Art. 66 al. 1 LTF.

l'ordonnance présidentielle du 18 octobre 2010 fixant à la recourante un délai au 8 novembre 2010 pour effectuer une avance de frais de 3'000 fr., conformément à l'art. 62 LTF;
l'ordonnance présidentielle du 10 novembre 2010 accordant à la recourante un délai supplémentaire de 10 jours pour payer l'avance de frais, conformément à l'art. 62 al. 3 LTF;
l'avis de la Caisse du Tribunal fédéral du 1er décembre 2010, constatant que l'avance de frais n'a été ni payée ni créditée sur son compte postal et qu'aucune attestation de débit d'un compte postal ou bancaire correspondant au montant exigé ne lui est parvenue jusqu'à ce jour;
considérant:
que l'avance de frais n'ayant pas été versée dans le délai imparti (art. 48 al. 4 LTF), le recours doit être déclaré irrecevable (art. 62 al. 3 LTF), aux frais de son auteur (art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
par ces motifs, vu l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF, la Présidente prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 500 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux participants à la procédure et à la IIe Cour d'appel civil du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Fribourg, ainsi qu'à l'Office cantonal des faillites, au Service du registre du commerce, à l'Office des poursuites et au Registre foncier de la Sarine.
