dass das Obergericht des Kantons Bern auf die am 31. Juli 2013 und damit verspätet eingereichte Eingabe des Beschwerdeführers gegen die ärztliche Einweisung vom 17. Juli 2013 nicht eingetreten ist und die Eingabe als Entlassungsgesuch an die Klinik weitergeleitet hat,
dass der Beschwerdeführer überhaupt nicht auf den angefochtenen Entscheid eingeht und nicht aufzeigt, inwiefern das Obergericht Bundesrecht verletzt hat (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG; BGE 134 II 244 E. 2.1 S. 245),
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, Y.________, und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Zivilabteilung, Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzgericht, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
