The Federal Court took note of the appellant’s withdrawal of its civil appeal against a Vaud cantonal decision concerning provisional release of objection. The case was struck from the docket. Consistent with the general rule, the withdrawing party had to pay the federal court costs; because the withdrawal occurred at an early stage, the costs were reduced and set at CHF 500.
Art. 71 LTF i.V.m. Art. 73 PCF; Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; Art. 66 al. 1 and 2 LTF; withdrawal of appeal and allocation of costs. Upon withdrawal of the appeal, the Federal Court takes note thereof and removes the case from the docket. The judge instructing the case is competent to decide. As a rule, the party withdrawing the appeal bears the federal costs; if the withdrawal occurs at an early procedural stage, reduced costs may be imposed (consid. 1-2).

la lettre du 30 avril 2014 par laquelle la recourante déclare retirer son recours;
qu'il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 73 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF);
que le Juge instructeur est compétent pour statuer à cet effet (art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
qu'il appartient en principe à la partie qui retire le recours de supporter les frais de l'instance fédérale;
que, par conséquent, les frais judiciaires incombent à la recourante (art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
que, vu le stade de la procédure auquel le retrait est intervenu, il y a lieu de fixer des frais réduits (art. 66 al. 2 LTF);
La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 500 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour des poursuites et faillites du Tribunal cantonal vaudois.
