The appellant company withdrew its federal appeal against the Thurgau High Court decision concerning bankruptcy opening. The President of the II Civil Law Division therefore struck the proceedings off the list and allocated court costs of CHF 300 to the appellant. The order was notified to the parties and several cantonal offices.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP; withdrawal of the appeal in federal proceedings and costs. If the appellant withdraws the appeal, the President of the competent division may strike the proceedings off the list without a merits decision. The proceedings are then terminated by way of discontinuance; court costs are normally borne by the withdrawing party pursuant to the general cost rules (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG) and the supplementary provisions of the BZP.

Das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren 5A_839/2011 wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Konkursamt des Kantons Thurgau, dem Grundbuchamt A.________, dem Amt für Handelsregister und Zivilstandswesen des Kantons Thurgau und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
