The Federal Supreme Court treated the filing as a subsidiary constitutional appeal against a cantonal decision declaring inadmissible an appeal in a definitive debt-collection opposition lifting case. It held that the submission did not satisfy the federal motivation requirements because the appellant failed to challenge the decisive reasoning or demonstrate a constitutional violation. The appeal was therefore declared inadmissible in simplified proceedings. As a consequence, the request for legal aid was rejected and court costs of CHF 200 were imposed on the appellant.
Art. 116, 117, 106 al. 2, 108 al. 1 let. b LTF; subsidiary constitutional appeal: admissibility and motivation requirements. A subsidiary constitutional appeal is inadmissible where the appellant does not, in a manner meeting the qualified reasoning duty, confront the decisive grounds of the cantonal decision and substantiate a constitutional violation. Mere repetition of the arguments advanced below, or critique directed at issues not examined by the lower court, is insufficient. In such a case the court may dispose of the matter in simplified proceedings; legal aid must be refused when the appeal is manifestly devoid of chances of success (art. 64 al. 1 LTF), and costs follow the outcome (art. 66 al. 1 LTF).

que, par arrêt du 13 mai 2013, la IIe Cour d'appel civil du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Fribourg a déclaré irrecevable le recours interjeté par la recourante contre le prononcé de la mainlevée définitive de son opposition à un commandement de payer le montant de xxxx fr., notifié à l'instance de l'intimé;
que la décision entreprise retient que la créance poursuivie se fondait sur un titre de mainlevée définitive (arrêt définitif et exécutoire), que les exceptions de l'art. 81 LP n'étaient pas démontrées, que la recourante se limitait à contester la résiliation de son contrat de bail, grief que le juge de mainlevée ne pouvait pas examiner et que la requête d'assistance judiciaire devait être rejetée faute de chances de succès du recours, des frais de 150 fr. devant ainsi être imposés à l'intéressée;
que le recours, traité comme un recours constitutionnel subsidiaire (art. 74 al. 1 let. b et al. 2 let. a et 113 LTF), ne satisfait pas aux exigences de motivation posées par les art. 116, 117 et 106 al. 2 LTF en tant que la recourante ne s'en prend pas aux considérants décisifs de l'arrêt entrepris, ni ne démontre en quoi la décision cantonale serait contraire à la constitution;
que, dans ces circonstances, le recours doit être déclaré irrecevable selon la procédure simplifiée prévue aux art. 117 et 108 al. 1 let. b LTF;
que, vu l'issue du recours, la requête d'assistance judiciaire déposée par la recourante doit être rejetée (art. 64 al. 1 LTF), les frais judiciaires étant ainsi mis à sa charge (art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
Le recours est irrecevable.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 200 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
