Considérant:

que, par décision du 11 novembre 2013, le Tribunal cantonal du Valais, Chambre civile, a déclaré irrecevable le recours interjeté par A.________ contre la décision rendue le 8 octobre 2013 par le juge de première instance déclarant irrecevable sa requête en annulation de la poursuite n° xxxx d'un montant de xxxx fr.;
que l'autorité cantonale a considéré que les écritures du recourant ne répondaient pas aux exigences de motivation d'un recours, de sorte que celles-ci étaient irrecevables, que, même à supposer qu'il fût recevable, le recours aurait dû dans tous les cas être rejeté, étant donné qu'il n'y avait plus de poursuite valable suite à la délivrance d'un acte de défaut de biens, et, enfin, que le grief de retard injustifié était irrecevable, étant donné qu'une décision avait été rendue;
par écritures du 25 novembre 2013, A.________ interjette un recours - qui doit être traité comme un recours constitutionnel subsidiaire - devant le Tribunal fédéral contre cet arrêt;
que, si le recourant cite certes des droits constitutionnels, ces écritures ne répondent pas aux exigences légales de motivation des art. 116 et 117/106 al. 2 LTF, étant donné que le recourant ne démontre pas précisément, en s'attaquant aux considérants de l'arrêt cantonal, en quoi celui-ci serait contraire à la Constitution;
que, en conséquence, le recours constitutionnel subsidiaire doit être déclaré irrecevable selon la procédure simplifiée prévue aux art. 117 et 108 al. 1 let. b LTF;
que les frais judiciaires doivent être mis à la charge du recourant (art. 66 al. 1 LTF);

par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

2.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 200 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.

3.

Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et au Tribunal cantonal du canton du Valais, Chambre civile.
