Das Bundesgericht hat nach Einsicht
in das Urteil des Bundesgerichts vom 22. Januar 2003, das auf die staatsrechtliche Beschwerde der Z.________ AG gegen den Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Schaffhausen vom 1. November 2002 nicht eintrat und den Zeitpunkt der Konkurseröffnung über die Z.________ AG neu auf den 22. Januar 2003, 18.00 Uhr, festsetzte (5P.476/2002),
in das Gesuch des Konkursamtes A.________ vom 7. März 2003 um Erläuterung dieses Urteils,

in Erwägung,
dass das nach Ansicht des Gesuchstellers erläuterungsbedürftige Urteil unter anderem dem Gesuchsteller, nicht jedoch dem Konkursamt B.________ zugestellt worden ist,
dass das Urteilsdispositiv des bundesgerichtlichen Entscheides (5P.476/2002) klar ist und auch nicht mit dessen Erwägungen in Widerspruch steht,
dass auch kein Redaktionsfehler vorliegt,
dass somit kein Erläuterungsgrund gemäss Art. 145 OG gegeben ist,
dass die Frage des zuständigen Konkursamtes auch nicht Gegenstand des Verfahrens 5P.476/2002 bildete,
dass auf das Erläuterungsgesuch nicht einzutreten ist,
dass offen bleiben kann, ob der Gesuchsteller, der im Verfahren nicht Partei war, im Lichte von Art. 145 OG überhaupt legitimiert ist, ein Erläuterungsgesuch zu stellen,
dass ungeachtet des Ausgangs des Verfahrens keine Gerichtsgebühr zu erheben ist,

im Verfahren nach Art. 36a OG erkannt:
1.
Auf das Erläuterungsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Schaffhausen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
