The Federal Supreme Court held that the criminal appeal was inadmissible because it was not directed against a decision of a cantonal authority of last instance. The appellant therefore failed and was ordered to pay court costs of CHF 800. The case was decided by a single judge.
Art. 80 al. 1 LTF, art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF; admissibility of the criminal appeal to the Federal Supreme Court requires a decision of the cantonal authority of last instance. Where the appeal is lodged directly against a non-final cantonal decision, the court enters no matter and dismisses the appeal summarily. Costs follow the outcome under art. 66 al. 1 LTF.

X.________ interjette un recours en matière pénale au Tribunal fédéral à l'encontre d'une ordonnance de la Juge pénale du Tribunal de première instance de la République et canton du Jura du 6 novembre 2013. En tant que le recours ne porte pas sur une décision prise par une autorité cantonale de dernière instance (cf. art. 80 al. 1 LTF), il est irrecevable à défaut d'une décision attaquable et doit être écarté en application de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF.
La recourante, qui succombe, devra supporter les frais judiciaires (art. 66 al. 1 LTF).
Le recours est irrecevable.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 800 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et au Tribunal de première instance de la République et canton du Jura, Juge pénale.

The appeal was inadmissible because it was not directed against a decision rendered by a cantonal authority of last instance.
Under Art. 80(1) LTF, a federal criminal appeal requires a decision by the cantonal court of last instance. That prerequisite was absent, so the appeal had to be dismissed under Art. 108(1)(a) LTF.
