Beschwerde gegen drei Entscheide des Obergerichts des Kantons Thurgau vom 11. September 2013 (SW.2013.104, 105 und 106).
In einer Beschwerde ist unter Bezugnahme auf den angefochtenen Entscheid darzulegen, inwieweit dieser nach Auffassung der Beschwerdeführerin gegen das Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verstossen soll (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG). Dieser Voraussetzung genügen die vorliegenden Ausführungen nicht, da sie nur allgemeine Vorwürfe gegen staatliche Stellen enthalten. Eine Rückweisung zur Änderung der ungebührlichen Eingabe gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 6 BGG erübrigt sich. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren aussichtslos erschienen. Wegen der mutwilligen Art der Prozessführung der Beschwerdeführerin kommt eine Herabsetzung der Gerichtskosten nicht in Betracht.
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
