The Federal Supreme Court recorded the appellant’s written withdrawal of his appeal against the Vaud cantonal criminal appeal judgment. Pursuant to Art. 32(2) LTF, the judge acting alone noted the withdrawal, struck the case from the docket, and ordered that no court fees be charged. The order was communicated to the parties and to the president of the cantonal criminal appeal court.

Il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais.
Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 6B_1042/2013 est rayée du rôle.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Présidente de la Cour d'appel pénale du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
