The appellant withdrew his criminal appeal against the Bern cantonal appeal chamber's decision concerning simple bodily harm and the right to file a criminal complaint. The president of the Criminal Division of the Federal Supreme Court therefore removed the case from the docket as moot and ordered that no costs be levied.
