Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Die Vorinstanz trat auf eine Beschwerde am 20. Dezember 2013 nicht ein, da die Beschwerdeführerin durch den von ihr angezeigten Inzest nicht unmittelbar in ihren Rechten verletzt wurde. Aus der Beschwerde, die sich zur Hauptsache auf das Mosaische Gesetz beruft, ergibt sich nicht, inwieweit die Auffassung der Vorinstanz gegen das Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verstossen könnte. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Ausnahmsweise kann auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden.

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
