Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid des Kantonsgerichts Basel-Landschaft, Abteilung Strafrecht, vom 22. Januar 2014.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Eingabe des Beschwerdeführers ans Bundesgericht vom 28. Januar 2014 enthält weder einen Antrag noch eine Begründung. Da die Beschwerdefrist noch lief, wurde der Beschwerdeführer mit Verfügung vom 4. Februar 2014 aufgefordert, das Rechtsmittel bis zum Ablauf der Beschwerdefrist am 24. Februar 2014 zu ergänzen. Da es der Beschwerdeführer auch unterlassen hatte, seiner Beschwerdeeingabe den angefochtenen Entscheid beizulegen, wurde er in Anwendung von Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG gleichzeitig aufgefordert, den Entscheid einzureichen, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe (act. 2). Innert Frist wandte sich der Beschwerdeführer am 6. Februar 2014 erneut ans Bundesgericht. Statt die Mängel zu beheben, brachte er mit seiner Eingabe jedoch nur zum Ausdruck, er erwarte, dass auf seine Beschwerde mit der nötigen Sorgfalt eingegangen werde (act. 3). Unter diesen Umständen ist auf die Beschwerde androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 65 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft, Abteilung Strafrecht, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
