Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Das Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn trat am 21. Dezember 2012 auf eine Berufung des Beschwerdeführers nicht ein, da dieser das Rechtsmittel entgegen der obligatorischen Vorschrift nicht erklärt hatte. Mit der Frage der fehlenden Berufungserklärung befasst er sich vor Bundesgericht nicht. Folglich genügt die Eingabe den Anforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG nicht. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
