Considérant en fait et en droit:

Par ordonnance du 18 février 2014, la Chambre pénale du Tribunal cantonal du canton du Valais a déclaré irrecevable l'écriture du 24 janvier 2014 déposée par X.________. Ce dernier interjette un recours en matière pénale contre l'ordonnance cantonale.

En vertu de l'art. 42 al. 1 et 2 LTF, le recourant doit motiver son recours en exposant succinctement en quoi la décision attaquée viole le droit. En l'occurrence, X.________ se borne à évoquer les circonstances ayant entouré l'alcootest auquel la police valaisanne l'a soumis le 9 février 2013, sans pour autant démontrer en quoi le prononcé d'irrecevabilité précité violerait le droit. Faute de satisfaire ainsi aux exigences de motivation précitées, son recours doit être écarté en application de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. b LTF.

Le recourant, qui succombe, supporte les frais de la procédure (art. 66 al. 1 LTF).

Par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

2.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 800 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.

Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et au Tribunal cantonal du canton du Valais, Chambre pénale.
