The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the criminal complaint against the Bern cantonal criminal chamber decision. Referring to an analogous earlier judgment, it stated that the complaint was inadmissible in summary proceedings under Art. 108 BGG. The complainant was ordered to pay an increased court fee of CHF 1,000. The decision was issued by a single judge of the Criminal Division.
Art. 108 BGG; summary non-entry into an inadmissible complaint and cost consequences. Where a complaint is inadmissible and the case is suitable for summary disposition, the Federal Supreme Court may decide by single judge not to enter into the matter. Wie der Beschwerdeführer aus dem analogen Urteil 6B_227/2011 vom 29. März 2011 weiss, ist auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten und ist ihm eine erhöhte Gerichtsgebühr aufzuerlegen.
Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 1'000.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Strafabteilung, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
