The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the criminal appeal because the appellant failed to pay the requested CHF 2,000 advance within the extended deadline. The second order was deemed served since he had to expect a court mailing. As the advance remained unpaid, the appeal was declared inadmissible under Art. 108 BGG. Court costs of CHF 800 were imposed on the appellant under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Where a party must expect a court mailing, an uncollected registered notice may be deemed served once a copy is subsequently sent by ordinary post. Dem Beschwerdeführer wurden mit Verfügungen vom 13. Mai 2013 und 6. Juni 2013 eine Frist sowie die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Nachfrist bis zum 20. Juni 2013 angesetzt, um dem Bundesgericht einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 2'000.-- einzuzahlen, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Die zweite Verfügung hat der Beschwerdeführer auf der Post nicht abgeholt, worauf ihm eine Kopie noch mit gewöhnlicher Post zugestellt wurde. Da er mit einer gerichtlichen Sendung rechnen musste, gilt auch die zweite Verfügung als zugestellt. Der Kostenvorschuss ging nicht ein. Auf die Beschwerde ist androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
