Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Dem Beschwerdeführer, der seit dem Urteil 6B_37/2010 vom 29. März 2010 weiss, dass er vor Bundesgericht einen Kostenvorschuss zu bezahlen hat, so dass seine entsprechenden Ausführungen unbehelflich sind (vgl. act. 10 und 12), wurden mit Verfügungen vom 1. Juni und 21. Juni 2010 eine Frist bis 22. Juni 2010 bzw. die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Nachfrist bis 12. Juli 2010 eingeräumt, um einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 2'000.-- einzuzahlen, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Der Kostenvorschuss wurde nicht geleistet. Auf die Beschwerde ist androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Die mutwillige Art der Prozessführung ist bei der Gerichtsgebühr zu berücksichtigen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 1'000.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
