Sintesi Omnilex

The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the criminal complaint against a non-prosecution order because the appellant failed to challenge the cantonal court's decisive finding that his earlier complaint was late. The submission therefore did not meet the federal reasoning requirements. The appellant was ordered to pay court costs of CHF 800.

Art. 42 Abs. 2, Art. 106 Abs. 2 and Art. 108 BGG; admissibility of a complaint before the Federal Supreme Court: where the contested decision is based on an independent and decisive ground, the appellant must specifically address that ground in a substantiated manner. If the submission merely repeats grievances or omits the determinative reasoning, the appeal is manifestly insufficiently reasoned and non-entry follows in summary proceedings. Court costs are borne by the unsuccessful appellant under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Urteil vom 21. September 2007
Strafrechtliche Abteilung

Besetzung
Bundesrichter Schneider, Präsident,
Gerichtsschreiber Monn.

Parteien
X.________,
Beschwerdeführer,

gegen

Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Thurgau, Staubeggstrasse 8, 8510 Frauenfeld.

Gegenstand
