In a criminal matter concerning a narcotics offence and confiscation of assets, the appellant withdrew his appeal by letter of 15 September 2008. The single judge of the Federal Criminal Court therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no judicial fee be charged. The decision was communicated to the parties and to the Geneva Court of Justice, Criminal Chamber.
